Terms of Service

Scope of services

We build websites, brand identity, email, and related digital work as described on this site. What's included in your project is exactly what's listed in the price you approve.

Fixed price and delivery

Every project has a fixed price and a delivery date shown before you pay. Timelines assume you provide the assets and feedback we need on time.

Payment via Stripe

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Work begins once payment is received. We don't store your card details.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Refunds

Because work starts immediately, refund terms depend on how far a project has progressed. We aim to be fair and clear about this in every case.

Out of scope

We don't offer paid media management, video production, WordPress maintenance, or e-commerce outside Shopify. If a project needs one of these, we'll say so up front.

Liability

We deliver the work as scoped and stand behind it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses beyond the fee paid for the project.

Governing law

The jurisdiction whose law governs these terms is pending legal review and will be stated in the final version.
